Sex in the dark:

In the darkness, figures clad in transparent lace emerge. The first syncopated rhythms sound heavy and rigorous, drums on the edge of their breaking point and a guitar distorted to the limit. A driving melody emerges from the dissonance, which can be located somewhere between post-punk, prog metal and grunge.

"Sex im Dunkeln" is a progressive post-punk band founded in Stuttgart in 2023, consisting of lead singer and bassist Leona Efuna, Dario Volpp on guitar, violinist Felicitas Kaiser and Feli Utz on drums.

Their sound combines dark basslines and virtuoso violins, raving vocals and deeply sad lyrics. Sweet pink sleeping pills, panic states, shame and excess are elegantly sung about and ecstatically shouted about.

SUN IN FLIGHT is an alternative rock band from southern Germany that combines diverse genre influences to create a dynamic, multifaceted and modern sound. The band was founded in 2014 and has since undergone several line-up changes. They have released three EPs on their own and played numerous concerts in southern Germany.

Since 2021, the five members have been working on redefining their sound. The focus is on the precise interplay of bass and drums, with expansive synthesizers, a raw organ and two guitars spread out above them, forming powerful, sweeping melodies. Honest, powerful riffs complete the sound. Multi-layered, catchy and atmospheric vocal lines convey abstract and personal thoughts.

Their music, an interplay of energy and melancholy, invites you to dance and listen attentively at the same time.
