Aerial Technique for Finding Fluidity
The first half of this workshop focuses on combining aerial technique with Pilates knowledge. Georgina will share her continuous research on how to bring core control to the air. With a specialty in delivering technical understanding for strengthening foundational skills, her teaching is ideal for anyone looking to refine technique and hone in on the bio-mechanics of the body. The second half of the workshop will explore fluidity in aerial movement quality. Looking at climbs and figures combined into a choreography to not only widen skillsets, we apply further exercises that thread the sequence to focus on delicacy and sensitivity in quality of movement. This workshop looks at explorative elements that can be applied further to all aerial apparatus.
