The concert will feature music by the famous Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi from the feature-length animated film "Princess Mononoke" by the famous Japanese animator Hayao Miyazaki.

It is impossible to imagine Miyazaki's animated films without Joe Hisaishi's music. It seems as if it is the music that animates the anime heroes, breathes new life into them and gives them a soul. In the anime "Princess Mononoke", the composer's melodies perfectly complement the drama of the young prince Ashitaka, who has brought a heavy curse upon himself and is forced to embark on a dangerous adventure only to realize that the hardest battle he has ever had to fight is against himself.
