SISTERHOOD: Yin Yoga, Sound, Dance & Empowerment

Elevate & Celebrate - A safe space for female energy

Come along and celebrate diversity with us! This workshop is for women and people with vulvas who feel connected to their feminine energy. Together with Doris and Marci we will dive into a night full of connection and release at FRAU BLUM in Stuttgart.

The highlights of the evening:

Healing Sounds: Marci accompanies you with "Whisper from the Jungle" - archaic sounds and melodic-electronic music for your nervous system.

Deep Movement: A mixture of Yin Yoga, dance-therapeutic embodiment and Movement Art Mandala.

Empowerment: We transform shadow into gold. Through share work (inner child) and sharing circles we strengthen the connection to ourselves and the community.

Free Dance: Shake off old patterns and activate your life energy - loud, quiet, free and full of serotonin.

The place: FRAU BLUM - More than just a boutique

The workshop will take place at FRAU BLUM in Stuttgart. We are a boutique erotica and at the same time a safe space all about lust, love and identity. Bright, friendly and inviting - a place of appreciation and communication. In addition to our high-quality, sustainable range, we see ourselves as an institute for sexual education and offer space for empowerment, culture and exchange.

Who will accompany you through the evening:

Doris (The Door is Yoga): Doris combines social work with dance therapy and trauma sensitization. This is not about performance, but about real encounters and breaking through energy-sapping patterns in a mindful circle.

Sound facilitator Marci (@marci_pano): Marci supports the journey with "Whisper from the Jungle" - healing frequencies and gentle archaic sounds that carry you back into your body.
