Do you love skateboards and have always wanted to build one?

We have the perfect workshop for you! We’ll build our own skateboards and design them together according to your ideas.

What can you expect?

Building skateboards together: Here, you’ll learn how to build your own skateboard and customize it to your personal preferences. Plus, you’ll get tips and tricks from experienced skaters who’ll show you how to get the most out of your skateboard. And you’ll meet new people who share your passion.

Who can join?
Anyone between the ages of 14 and 21. Whether you’ve never stood on a skateboard before or have been skating for a while—everyone is welcome here.

When and where?
Skateboard Week takes place daily from August 3 to August 7, 2026,from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Holzwerkstadt.

The participation fee is 50.00 euros

With the Witten Vacation Pass: 45.00 euros (please bring it with you on the first day of the course).

Important info: Late registration at the start of the course is also possible—provided the course has not yet reached its maximum number of participants.

What do you need to bring?

Materials are provided; it’s best to wear clothes that can get dirty.
