What to Expect at the Slow Creativity Workshop
In the3-hour Slow Creativity Workshop, we’ll dive together into a decelerating retreat full of mindfulness, creativity, and a connection to nature. In a cozy, small group, we’ll create unique art pieces using dried flowers and natural materials, making space for calm, relaxation, and mindful self-care.
Through gentle breathing exercises, small mindfulness rituals, and conscious sensory experiences, you’ll learn to let go of stress and reconnect with yourself.
