Glory and despair are often close at hand—and some misfortunes sound surprisingly good once set to music. In her new program, “That’s Life,” Mia Quirin guides the audience through an evening that balances humor and melancholy, lightheartedness and grand gestures, with chansons about love, life, and the elegant art of missing out on happiness. She is accompanied on the piano by Matthias Kämper. An evening that offers excellent entertainment and invites you to let yourself be carried away by music and stories.
