SOFIANE PAMART - BERLIN

What Sofiane Pamart has achieved since the start of his solo career in 2019 is quite remarkable: on his very first solo tour, he was the first and so far only pianist to be allowed to perform at the legendary Accor Arena in Paris Bercy - at its maximum capacity. And he is already one of the ten most streamed classical artists in the world.

And all this despite - or perhaps precisely because - Sofiane Pamart does not necessarily conform to the image of the classical pianist: image plays a not insignificant role for him - for example, he works with brands such as Cartier, Yves Saint Laurent, Dior Homme, Bechstein, Lacoste and Polaroid - which has earned him the title of "new face of luxury" from the Salon de Luxe in Paris, among others.

However, reducing Pamart to his image and trying to explain his success with that falls far short. For example, a gold medal from the National Conservatory of Lille also speaks a clear language.

The musical spectrum of Pamart is quite remarkable. Somewhere between film music and adventurousness, Pamart moves through both somber and poetic realms. Always with an impressive emotional accuracy that allows him to reach a very wide audience. A great work, accessible to all. And so, in addition to a typical classical audience, one also finds a listenership that one would not expect to find in a concert hall at first glance. The reason for this is certainly his collaborations from his time before his own solo career, when he workedwith artists such as SCH, Koba LaD, Maes, Niska, Joey Starr, Vald, Laylow, Tiakola, Zola, RimK, Josman, Da Uzi or Marina Kaye. And so Sofiane Pamart combines nothing less than great elegance, fashion, classical music and the codes of the street. An excellent pianist with the mentality and image of a rapper.

So understatement doesn't seem to be his thing. Consequently, Sofiane Pamart has also chosen quite prestigious halls for the upcoming concerts with the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg and the Philharmonie in Berlin.
