In the middle of Söflingen's historic monastery courtyard, a charming market experience full of fresh delights unfolds every Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm. Lovingly designed stalls are lined up here, offering seasonal variety and regional quality in a relaxed atmosphere.

Whether freshly baked bread and pastries in Demeter quality from the Kornmühle organic bakery, fine meat and sausage specialties from the Scheck farm butcher's shop or delicious dried fruit and nut specialties from the Dörrmeister - the offer is varied and of high quality.

If you fancy crunchy vegetables, fresh salad, herbs or juicy home-grown produce, you'll find what you're looking for at the Querbeet nursery or Früchte Köhler. The Glöckler stand offers potatoes, fruit, berries and a small selection of organic vegetables. During the asparagus season from April to June, the Straß pumpkin and asparagus farm entices visitors with its seasonal fresh produce.

Fish fans will also get their money's worth - for example at Rogg Fischzucht with fish and fish delicacies. And for eggs or poultry, it's worth taking a look at Schmalzbauers Bauernhof.
