Soft Violet is the solo-project of Armenian/Belgian artist and multi-instrumentalist Veronica Burnuthian. Drummachine, Synths & Effects: Soft Violet crafts cinematic soundscapes blended with electronic IDM glitchcore beats, characterized by distorted textures, dynamic rhythms, melodic patterns; from ambient dreamscapes to pulsating beats, both hypnotic and stimulating in its core. The lyrics are whispered, sung, spoken, powerful and softly in Armenian, French, English and German; delivered in the first person as a reflection of raw emotions diving into her Armenian heritage, queer identity, women's sexual freedom and generational grief: an introspective rêverie to every soul looking for warmth and party.
