120 minutes of gentle yin yoga accompanied by a deeply relaxing sound bath - a special reset for body, mind and soul.

We will dive even deeper in the next Somatic Yin Yoga & Sound Healing - this time with a special focus:

✨Alignment for 2026 "Year of the Horse"- setting intention, closing off the old, opening space for the new.✨

Gentle somatic yin impulses bring your body into deep calm, crystal sounds support you in finding clarity and inner alignment - to feel yourself anew - and to consciously listen into the coming year.

If you feel that you want to readjust your inner compass needle, be sure to join us.

In a small, intimate setting with a maximum of 8 participants in the cozy Ayurveda and yoga practice in HH-Winterhude, a soothing break from hectic everyday life awaits you.

The Sound Bath is not suitable for people with pacemakers, epilepsy or severe mental illness and those taking strong psychotropic drugs.
