Read your way through the summer - at the Summer Reading Club 2025!

Thriller time in the city library!

Summer is just around the corner - and with it, the popular Summer Reading Club (SLC) starts again at the children's library on July 5! Under the motto "Crime Story", the motto is: read, puzzle, be creative - alone or in a team, analog or digital. Everyone can take part: children, teenagers, adults - whether with friends, family or alone.

Whether kindergarten children, schoolchildren, trainees, parents or grandparents - everyone is invited to fill a logbook full of exciting stories, books read, audio books listened to and creative ideas. And the best thing is: there are stamps for everything - they count towards certificates and the popular Reading Oscars at the end!

Register on 05.07. and collect the first stamps for your logbook on the detective course.

The Summer Reading Club is one of the largest reading promotion projects in NRW and is supported by the Fachs and the NRW Ministry of Culture and Science.
