Svenja Weierich and Thomas Meyer have been delighting audiences in the great churches of northern Bavaria for some time now. With their selection of music, which combines well-known classical pieces with jazz-inspired works and film music, the two musicians manage to conjure up an uplifting atmosphere in their concerts that inspires and touches people in a special way. The concert is intended to be a haven of peace for the audience in these hectic times, from which they can draw new strength.

Now the two musicians will perform a summer night concert with well-known and moving pieces of classical music, film music and jazz in the old Nikolaikirche on Römerberg, organized and hosted by the Protestant Paulsgemeinde.

Both musicians have received numerous awards.
Svenja studied singing in Essen, Munich and Münster and has received several scholarships. She has performed many times as a concert soloist throughout Germany and Austria. With her pleasant, dark voice, she was the singing voice of Aktion Mensch in 2020 and reached over 750,000 listeners on social networks.

Thomas Meyer is a trained church musician, passionate jazz musician and organ virtuoso. He is a professional organist and also teaches organ and piano at the Lichtenfels music school. He also runs his recording studio "Classic Concept", where numerous musicians produce their music.
