Yoga Workshops for Beginners in Leipzig!
Treat yourself to a little break from everyday life and start the summer feeling relaxed! In our Hatha yoga workshop, we combine gentle movement, mindful breathing, and moments of calm.
The workshop is suitable for both beginners and anyone with prior yoga experience. The focus is on flexibility, body awareness, and relaxation. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat.

Duration: 60 minutes each
Location: Tanzstudio tendance, Hohe Straße 9, Entrance A, 04107 Leipzig
Price: 12 €
Please register using the contact form. You can transfer the payment to us or simply bring cash with you to the yoga class.
