Song Slam – Ihr entscheidet, wer gewinnt!

On March 1, 2025, we invite the best singer-songwriters in Germany to Ludwigshafen's first Song Slam!

What is a song slam? A song slam is practically a poetry slam - only with music! Four top-class exceptional talents compete against each other in the Dôme! The rules for what is currently the biggest song contest in the region are as simple as they are ingenious: all songs must be self-written and self-composed. And the jury? That's you! The audience decides who leaves the evening as the winner and takes home the trophy!

The line-up includes the current NRW SongSlam champion VeraLee, Pernilla Kannapinn, the runner-up, as well as other big names from the up-and-coming music scene. The evening will be hosted by five-time literature prize winner Anna Lisa Azur - as always with wit, charm and eloquence. This evening promises not only great excitement, but also the best entertainment!
