Soulfood – die Theater-Kochshow
In the organizer's words:
Get up close and personal with theater professionals—through conversation and over a meal!
In cooperation with the Fischkochstudio
In the theater cooking show“Soulfood,” we’ll introduce you to stage artists such as actresses, singers, playwrights, and directors. They’ll bring a four- to five-course menu featuring their favorite recipes from home, cook live for you alongside Chef Ralf Harms, and chat with our hosts about where they got the recipes and what they’re currently working on at the Bremerhaven City Theater.
Meanwhile, the Fischkochstudio kitchen crew prepares this menu as a buffet, so that right after the show, everyone can move to the banquet hall to round out the evening with a delicious dinner. A welcome side effect is that casual conversations naturally arise at the tables of eight, allowing you to strike up a conversation with people you’ve met for the first time that evening.
In October: The menu from Agatha Christie’s*The Mousetrap*, prepared by Marsha B. Zimmermann
Hosts: Theater Director Peter Hilton Fliegel & Head Chef Ralf Harms
