A summery open-air sound bath for relaxation, letting go, and recharging your energy at the be yogi Campus & Retreat in Karlsruhe.
Imagine lying on your mat in the garden of the historic forester’s lodge. Above you, the leaves of ancient trees sway in the breeze; the evening sun bathes everything in warm light; and from afar, you hear the chirping of birds. Slowly, your breath becomes calmer. Your thoughts grow quieter. You don’t have to do anything, achieve anything, or hold on to anything.
How does the event work?
In this special summer event, Anna will guide you through a 60-minute open-air sound bath. You’ll lie relaxed on your mat and let yourself be carried away by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. The gentle vibrations create a space where relaxation can arise naturally.
Unlike a traditional yoga class, this isn’t about movement, but about conscious reception. The sounds invite you to let go of everyday life for a while and immerse yourself in a state of deep calm. The garden of the be yogi Campus, with its old trees, small pond, and serene atmosphere, provides a very special setting for this experience.
Who is this event for?
If you’d like to treat yourself to a mindful break, are looking for a way to relieve stress, or simply want to experience a special summer evening in a relaxed atmosphere, this sound bath might be just the thing for you. You don’t need any prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound therapy. All you need to bring is the willingness to let go for an hour and let yourself be carried away.
What’s included?
The price includes participation in the 60-minute sound bath in the garden of the be yogi Campus & Retreat. We’ll provide you with a yoga mat. There will also be time before and after the event to settle in, reflect on your experience, and have a brief chat in a relaxed atmosphere.
What should you bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to lie down comfortably. To make your experience as pleasant as possible, we recommend bringing additional items such as a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, or anything else that helps you relax. If you’d like, you can also bring something to drink. This way, you can set up your space exactly as you need it and enjoy the sounds to the fullest.
