Speak Up. Stand Up. - Poetry Slam in Marl

At “Speak Up. Stand Up.”, the Kreuzkirche in Marl becomes a stage for poetry slam and spoken word. As part of Manifesta, young people present their own texts on the issues that concern them—whether personal, social, or political.

The event isorganizedby the AWO Stadtverband Marl in collaboration with Pottpoesie. Instead of ready-made answers, the focus here is on diverse perspectives. An evening that demonstrates the power of language and how words can foster dialogue.
