Special: Dive into the world of oils and sound with Esther & Alisha. Esther will bring her favorite dōTERRA oils from Berlin and mix a special combination with you live on site. You can get to know the oils and Esther will show you how they can support and accompany you in your everyday life. Afterwards, you can really let yourself go with a sound bath and find deep relaxation with the vibrations of the singing bowls. A very special evening and real soul care for you.

A sound bath is like forest bathing in the middle of the city. Come with me on a sound expedition for your head and body, where you will resonate with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowls and find yourself in a deep state of absolute relaxation. To slow down, really come down and recharge your batteries for a demanding everyday life. The sound mobilizes your self-healing powers and helps you to heal yourself - be your own local healer. In these 60 minutes, you can completely let go, come back to yourself and find a healing deep relaxation that can last for days.

Because sound is so powerful that it can shatter glasses and shake bridges. We harness the healing effect of the frequencies and bathe in their powerful sounds. The vibrations in your body can mobilize various processes such as releasing inner blockages, reducing stress, anxiety and depression, improving sleep and accompanying you into a restful deep relaxation. Good to know:

We are in the space for meditation and movement in the backyard of slide 11A. Please take your shoes off downstairs and put them in the shoe cupboard before you come up.

Bring water and if you like, warm socks and an eye pillow (or a cloth to cover your eyes). Wear comfortable clothes and be open to what is to come. Fur mats, blankets and pillows are available on site.
