Sport in the Park enters the next round: from May to the end of September, numerous sporting activities can once again be enjoyed free of charge. In total, there are over a dozen different sports activities to choose from, spread across the entire city and throughout the week. In addition to tried and tested activities such as beach volleyball, fitness mix, tennis and tai chi, the program also includes field field hockey, juggling, yoga and gliding. Whether for young or old, beginners or sports enthusiasts - there is something for everyone.
A Body Shape course is an intensive and varied training concept with a focus on strength endurance that takes place outdoors. Various training methods such as HIIT, circuit training and modern exercises in the style of HYROX, which is currently in great demand, are used to strengthen muscles, activate fat burning and improve general fitness. The aim is to shape the entire body, increase performance and work effectively on strength, endurance and figure with motivating workouts in the fresh air.
