Sport in the Park is entering the next round: from May to the end of September, numerous sporting events can once again be attended free of charge. In total, there are over a dozen different sports activities to choose from, spread across the entire city and throughout the week. In addition to tried and tested activities such as beach volleyball, fitness mix, tennis and tai chi, the program also includes field field hockey, juggling, yoga and gliding. Whether for young or old, beginners or sports enthusiasts - there is something for everyone.

Kundalini yoga is a spiritual form of yoga that aims to awaken the kundalini energy, which is considered to be the dormant life energy in the body. This is done through a combination of postures, breathing techniques, meditation and mantras to expand consciousness and promote inner balance.
