Sport im Park | Workout of the Week

Free of charge for all Freiburg residents

Every Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, Sport im Park takes place on the green space in front of the old town hall. The Freiburger Turnerschaft offers a "workout of the week" every week free of charge, without registration and open to all Freiburg residents.

With equipment - such as the kettlebell, koodrination ladder, loops,... - from the sports box or simply without equipment using your own body weight: the FT trainers offer a tough fitness workout week after week. Every now and then there will be a special such as Zumba, yoga or Pilates. Bring a mat and remember that there are no changing facilities on site.

Sport in the Park is free & open to everyone - no registration required. Just come along & join in!
