We immerse ourselves in Münster's history - from the founding of the monastery, the Anabaptists and the Peace of Westphalia to the city of art and crime. During our tour, we encounter places and people who shaped Münster and get a feel for the city in all its facets.

CHRONOLOGICAL TIME TRAVEL: Instead of visiting individual points at random, our tour follows a clear timeline so that you can trace the growth and change of the city. From the founding of the monastery to the dramatic Anabaptist period and the Peace of Westphalia to today's Münster, which combines crime, art and culture.

OVERVIEW OF THE OLD TOWN: We wander through the districts of the Old Town and discover why the Prinzipalmarkt nestles up against the cathedral square, where the nobility built their baroque island and how the Überwasserviertel got its name.

MÜNSTERANS: Along the way, we meet striking personalities: the missionary Liudger, King Jan with his many wives, the star architect Johann Conrad Schlaun or the Türmin with the highest office in the city.
