The tour gives participants an overview of the development of Jewish life in Paderborn, the existence of which can be traced back to the 14th century. At selected stations, interested visitors will learn interesting facts about the old synagogue, the former orphanage, the deportation station, stores and homes. The location of the cemeteries is also discussed. The re-establishment of the community after the war 70 years ago, today's Jewish life in Paderborn and the new synagogue will be discussed.
