In the organizer's words:

Puberty brings with it many changes - emotional fluctuations, physical developments and new conflicts can be unsettling. In a protected and respectful environment, participants are given the space to deal with these issues in an open, age-appropriate and empowering way.

The focus of the course includes

• strengthening resilience and recognizing one's own strengths
• dealing safely with cyberbullying,
• understanding physical and emotional changes during puberty,
• and resolving conflicts fairly and respectfully.

The course provides orientation, encourages and supports young girls in confidently going their own way. The participation fee for this 4-hour course is 65.50 euros.
