Business plan
How do you develop a commercially viable business plan from your business idea? Together we will look at the mechanisms of financial and liquidity planning and discuss how this can be easily implemented in Excel. We will also look at different forms of financing for start-ups.

Setting up an accounting system
Every payment in the company must also be recorded in the accounts. There are also statutory publication and reporting requirements. So that you can concentrate on your business, it is important to set up a proper accounting process right from the start. We'll show you how.

Controlling and corporate management
To ensure that your startup develops well, you should make progress every month, which can then be reflected in key figures. The most important tool for this is the monthly plan/actual comparison. In the workshop, you will learn how this works and which other important commercial management tools (BWA, balance sheet, cash flow and liquidity, as well as operational key figures, etc.) make sense.
