After 25 years in the big city, you still haven't really arrived... at some point you ask yourself: is it me - or is it the others? Stephan Zinner won't be buying a yoga mat or a racing bike, and ramen soup won't be his favorite food either. He's pretty sure he's not a leggings guy. But he does his best not to stand out. Or is he still trying to find his rhythm among all the guys with moustaches and self-optimization plans? Is this already a midlife revolution? Let's see! He takes his audience on a musical-satirical journey through the normal madness of modern everyday life. "Großstadtblues" tells of the eternal struggle with updates that nobody needs, of thoroughly optimized leisure time and the quiet longing for a simpler life - somewhere between a campsite and a dead zone. In the big city, everyone has everything - except time. And this is then managed in apps that tell you to relax now - and yet it stays there. There must be a reason. With guitar, pointed lyrics and a keen sense for the absurdities of our time, Zinner tells of people who try to keep up somehow in an ever faster world - or at least pretend to.
