Street food" refers to quickly prepared dishes that can be enjoyed directly on the street. Whether burritos, burgers, sandwiches, Asian noodles or pirogi - in an American food truck, every dish becomes a street food experience.
This is not about ordinary "fast food", but about high-quality culinary enjoyment. For example, there is sushi or unusual burger variations such as bruschetta chicken burgers or veggie burgers. In this course, we will take a look behind the scenes of street food and create these culinary delights ourselves.
