Stromberg actually wanted to be conspicuous by his absence at the company's upcoming 50th anniversary celebrations. But then the head of the claims settlement department learns that Capitol Insurance is planning large-scale redundancies. So Stromberg packs his employees into a bus and uses the company outing for three things: annoying them with sexist and racist jokes, embarrassing other colleagues and sucking up to the decision-makers in order to secure a position at Capitol headquarters.
