Experience a special silent film classic as part of the current special exhibition "Käthe Kollwitz and the Theater".

Under the title "Käthe Kollwitz goes to the cinema" , four films that Käthe Kollwitz demonstrably knew and appreciated will be shown at the Bundesplatz-Kino on April 25 and 26, 2026 . The program opens up a new perspective on the artist - as an attentive contemporary witness of early cinema. Two of the four films also bear a special personal trace: they feature Maria Matray, a niece of Käthe Kollwitz.
