Set sail and full speed ahead for the Subport! On May 16th, the Pirates of the Walteribbean will once again be surging through sonic waters with you!

Drum and bass cargo of the finest quality is below deck - the versatile spectrum of rolling breakbeats and bass salvos is ready for open-minded clubbers.

From 11pm, drum and bass and jungle treasures go on the road: from mental heavy rollers to driving neurofunk, rave-driven bassline burners and drifting liquid to classics, new and lost jungle tunes and dubplates from the future of the genre.

Where other coasts rely on one and the same drum and bass style, Subport has been offering a varied mix of the versatility of DnB and jungle for over 15 years - united by a positive, danceable, unity-seeking vibe.

Local and regional artists combine with selected guests who are otherwise rarely heard in the Ruhr region. Sound, space and people intertwine and carry the Subport through the night - and through the roaring waters of the Hustle out there.

Herr Walter is more than just a location. The berth at Dortmund harbor, the sandy beach in May, the sound system and light set up especially for the Subport and the special resonance in the hull turn the ship into a space of possibility that makes drum and bass not only audible, but physically tangible.
