Summer Flowcombinesflowing movementsfrom Hatha and Vinyasa yoga withmindful breathing,gentle stretches, and selected exercises fornervous system regulation. The focus is onreleasing tension,calmingthenervous system, and simultaneouslygathering new energy for the day.

The class is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Please be at the Seebar entrance gate at 6:50 a.m.
We will then walk together to the pier. The class willtake placefrom7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
After the class
Anyone who wants to cango for a swim in the water after the class.
Facilities available on site:

If you would like to swim, please bring appropriateswimwear. Before swimming, you must fill out a brief liability waiver from the Seebar.

✔ If it’swindy: a scarf, headband, or ear warmers if you’re sensitive

Even on warm summer days, it canbe cool and windyon the pier in the morning. Therefore, it’s best to dress a little warmer than you would for an indoor class.
