Sunday Roast im Spreewald

In the organizer's words:

Every Sunday, we light the fire: we grill outside in the open air, take our time and bring the best ingredients straight from the field to your plate. You can expect to slow down, enjoy good food and socialize around the charcoal grill.

From 2 pm we serve coffee, homemade cakes and freshly baked focaccia with wild herbs.
From 4 p.m., specialties from the grill will be added - meat and sausages from friendly farms in the surrounding area, seasonal vegetables from our own garden and a colourful salad buffet. To finish, there will be a dessert and, if you like, you can enjoy a liqueur from our distillery in Wedding (also phenomenal as a spritz, e.g. blood orange or quince).

Come by for an enjoyable evening or stay until the next morning - the farm welcomes you until Monday after breakfast.
