Sunset Picknick 2025
In the organizer's words:
Chilled beats in the open air against an impressive backdrop. On September 9, 2025 , the Hoheward slagheap will once again attract everyone who wants to have a good time with sunset vibes. Enjoy the panoramic view over the Ruhr region to atmospheric electronic sounds.
The Sunset Picnic will feature a mix of local and national acts.
The free event starts at 3.00 pm and ends at 11.00 pm.
Timetable:
15:00 - 17:00: PALMFAX
17:00 - 19:00: Man at Arms & Tiko
19:00 - 21:00: KLANGLOS
21:00 - 23:00: Ante Perry
The Sunset Picnic After-Show-Party will take place in the Motorworld at the Zeche Ewald in Herten. This offers a follow-up program of techno with DJs, right at the foot of the Hoheward slag heap.
