The band Suralin will celebrate the release of their new EP, “Everyday Slices Me,” with a release show at the Weltecho Club on September 12.

After 17 years together, Suralin is releasing their first 7-inch. “Very timely,” one might cynically remark, but the Chemnitz-based band has generally never cared about such things. “Every Day Slices Me” features four new songs, driven by a motorik beat that straddles the line between krautrock-influenced, stringent post-punk, pop, and more. It’s a compact, cohesive release that showcases the band’s rich diversity. It’s the contrasting emotions and stylistic elements that Suralin weaves together in these four songs, creating a unique tension and intensity.

In addition to the new EP, Suralin will play a varied selection of songs from their recent albums that evening, ensuring a fantastic concert experience full of Suralin news and classics.
