For anyone between the ages of 9 and 12 who is enthusiastic about outdoor activities and interested in learning survival techniques.

Are you ready to conquer the wilderness of the villa with us?

Then come to our survival experience during the summer or fall vacations!

The survival experience is aimed at anyone between the ages of 9 and 12 who is enthusiastic about outdoor activities and interested in learning survival techniques. This year it will take place twice again: from July 13 to 17 and from October 12 to 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (with lunch, without overnight stay). We always meet in the morning at the VILLA Leipzig youth club and from there we conquer our premises and the surrounding wilderness

Activities:

• Campfire: We devote ourselves to various methods of lighting and maintaining a campfire
• Carving: We learn how to use a carving knife safely
• Team games: We want to grow together as a team in joint challenges
• Survival techniques: We deal with various survival basics such as building shelters and water filters or orientation and sneaking up and try them out in a playful way

Everyone should be equipped with weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes, as we will also be out in the rain. Also useful are a water bottle and snacks for on the go and, if available, a student ticket for the streetcar and a pocket knife with a fixed or lockable blade. Special equipment for activities such as making a fire will be provided by us.
