A multidisciplinary, performative reading and exhibition on the themes of illness and

transience and their impact on our shared lives.

Irene Schlump and Simone Heiser read from various texts and diaries,

drawing connections and allowing themselves to feel.

Sonja Münten accompanies the evening with her drawings and shares in the experience. And you? This participatory

evening invites the audience to find their own form of expression.

Starting with Susan Sontag’s essay “How We Live Now,” we ask ourselves and those

those present: How do we deal with this tension?

How do life’s tragedies influence our social fabric?

How do we process our experiences, given their diversity and how we perceive them?

How can the capacity to act be fostered for both the affected person and their loved ones

?
