This cooking course is run by the chef himself because he loves sushi, because he has learned it, because he enjoys it immensely and because he can do it with you in the new premises.
The sushi course covers the most important basics of the art of sushi and everything that goes with it.
The focus of the course is on maki, i.e. sushi rolls, with various delicious fillings ranging from baked prawns and raw fish to salmon and vegetables. In addition to the classic chumaki, the focus will be on futomaki and calafornia rolls, with delicious sauces and fillings, beef entrecote, asparagus and smoked salmon!
The course is rounded off with a typical starter, a typical dessert and, if desired, a nigiri. Of course, the topic of sushi rice and its perfect preparation will be discussed in detail.
Together we will also "mend" an accidental roll. Color comes into play with beet or saffron - colorful rice variations bring even more variety to your rolls. You can then let your creativity run wild when it comes to serving and decorating the sushi.
