From May 23rd, Hotel du Nord will be playing once a month in our café and sweetening our Thursdays with plenty of swing manouche.
Light-footed and full of dedication, Hótel Du Nord pay tribute to a great era of French music culture, Swing Manouche. What began in the vibrant Paris of the mid-1930s with Django Reinhardt's legendary quintet is far from over.
And so Stefan Back (clarinet), Philipp Schröter (accordion), Vincent Judith (guitar) and Volker Linde (double bass) bring the spirit of a fascinating time to life in fresh, delicate new versions of famous pieces.
