Symøn creates artistic, atmospheric sounds through a symbiosis between synthetic (loop station, synthesizer) and acoustic (guitar, piano) elements. Uniquely intimate and yet alienated.

After the successful support shows for Pohlmann last year, the talented Hamburg musician SYMØN is planning a spring tour in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and Bremen in April 2024. In atmospheric indie pop soundscapes, the lyrics move between approachable, personal stories and abstract-metaphorical lines that immerse the listener in the world of SYMØN. SYMØN's music impresses with its deep emotionality and expressive, artistic lyrics. The Hamburg-based musician uses a loop station, synthesizers, guitar and virtuoso piano playing to create atmospheric sounds that allow listeners to immerse themselves in other worlds. The voice sounds close, fragile and intimate, but is repeatedly alienated by effects and, like the entire sound, creates a symbiosis between synthetic and acoustic elements. SYMØN released his debut album "Von Tag 1" in April 2023. Another facet of his creative work is the session series [ˈhʏtə] (lautschrift "hut"), which he produces together with Benjamin David Meyer in a forest hut and of which two parts can already be seen and heard. On the spring tour, there will be special solo arrangements of the album and the sessions as well as insights into new ideas and songs.
