50 years of "Christoph 10" - We celebrate together!
This year, the rescue helicopter "Christoph 10" in Wittlich is celebrating its 50th anniversary - half a century of service for the people in the region.
To mark the occasion, we are inviting the public to the Family Day on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., around the Kinopalast Wittlich and the Eventum .
Visitors can look forward to a varied program for young and old!
Our rescue helicopter "Christoph 10" can be viewed up close and our crew will be happy to answer any questions about their daily work.
Among other things:
- A colorful painting workshop & wheel of fortune
- An informative information stand
- Our helicopter bouncy castle
- The ADAC Foundation and the ADAC Regionalclub Mittelrhein e.V.
- The big blue light mile with many exciting hands-on activities from numerous regional partners from the rescue service (fire department, THW, rescue dog squadron, and many more)
- And for the little guests: a teddy clinic
We cordially invite all children to bring their own cuddly toy to the consultation hour at the Teddy Clinic. They will be examined and treated together.
