In the organizer's words:
On "Open Monument Day", the delicatessen will once again open its doors to the underground: A special highlight this year will once again be the guided tours through the deep cellars. There will also be 30 display boards in the courtyard providing an insight into the history of the site. They bring to life the eventful history of the site, which was founded as a brewery in 1852.
Guided tours take place at 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00. Registration is required. Please register by e-mail at feinkostbuero@yahoo.de.
The tour lasts approx. 60 minutes and goes both above and below ground. Please wear sturdy shoes, as the descent into the cellars is via a ladder.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 cannot take part in the tour. The fee for the tour is 10 euros per person and is paid in cash on the day of the event.
