"Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu." - May all living beings be free and happy and may I contribute to this in the best possible way with my thoughts, words and actions!
Together, we will spend a day immersed in the practice and philosophy of yoga and address the question of how yogic values can be lived in everyday life - and how they relate to a vegan lifestyle. Accompanied by the guiding principle "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu" , we will explore the ethical foundations of yoga.
The day begins with a yoga practice based on the needs of the participants, either in the Mysore style or as a guided class. After a shared lunch break with snacks and drinks on site, we will devote ourselves to the Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali. Together with Titian, we will chant verses II.30 to II.45 and then focus on the yamas and niyamas - the ethical and personal guidelines of yoga.
Finally, we will end the day in a more peaceful way. Inspired by "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu", a gentle yin yoga practice with meditation awaits you, creating space for reflection, integration and inner peace.
May all beings in the world be happy!
May all beings in all worlds experience happiness and harmony!
