In this two-part aerial yoga workshop, you will get to know a wide variety of uses for the aerial sling.
In the first active part (take-off), we use the sling for powerful and dynamic vinyasa flows as well as beginner-friendly acrobatic figures that will help you to surpass yourself. You will see that inverted postures are much easier to master in the sling than free on the mat. A sense of achievement guaranteed!
In the 2nd part (Landing), you will enjoy Aerial Yin Yoga in a low hammock. We practise positions that have a therapeutic effect, such as relieving back, neck and hip pain, decompressing the spine and supporting surrender and letting go.
