A summer evening above the rooftops of Waiblingen, headphones on, a view of the sky - and music that plays itself straight into your heart. With the new Silent rooftop terrace concert, Kulturhaus Schwanen is launching an open-air experiment between club feeling and acoustic intimacy. The premiere guest is Berlin electro-folk musician Tal Arditi, who is creating an immersive soundscape with loop guitar, voice and electronic layers on his 'Love Myself' tour 2026.

Arditi, who was born in 1998 and started out in the European jazz scene, combines folk, pop and electro elements to create a sound somewhere between José González, Nick Drake and Tash Sultana. With songs about self-doubt, closeness and new beginnings, he shows that melancholic depth and danceable lightness are not opposites. His debut album Love Myself will be released at the end of May 2026 on the Swiss label Mouthwatering Records - a work about balance and self-acceptance in noisy times.

So that the cobblestones, cars and beer garden don't distract us - but also so that we don't disturb the neighbors, island guests and residents - the very first Waiblingen headphone concert will feature the finest electro-folk straight to your ears. Each visitor wears wireless headphones and immerses themselves in the sound: clear highs, soft bass, no reverb, no noise - just music, closer than ever.

While the beer garden sounds on the cobblestones below and the air in the old town is heavy with summer, the roof terrace becomes a floating oasis - a place where music and community come together in quiet ways. An evening between tranquillity and rhythm, between silence and vibration - and perhaps the start of a new summer series above the rooftops of the city.
