Tango is more than just music. Tango is an attitude to life. It breathes longing, tells of passion, lust and melancholy, plays with devotion, eroticism and exuberant joie de vivre.

It is precisely this fire that the TANGO UNLIMITED ensemble brings to the stage. The six-piece formation, consisting of violin, saxophone, accordion, piano, double bass and drums, takes its audience into the world of the great tango stories: sometimes tender and full of longing, sometimes wild and rhythmic, always full of intensity.

The program spans a wide range from the great classics of Argentine tango to the exciting tango nuevo and surprising excursions into jazz and film music. The result is musical episodes of searching and finding, of love and life - multi-faceted and emotional. A special highlight is the dancing couple Martina Beilharz & Daniel Canuti, who bring the tango to life on stage to selected pieces: sensual, energetic and full of elegance.
