We start at 7:30 pm with a blind tasting to understand the basic flavors of beers and focus on German classics (what is Pils and Helles, what is Zwickel and what is Weissbiere or Bockbiere exactly?) With this basis, we then discover international styles, staying within the purity law. 2-3 hours of tasting are usually included, along with plenty of the best bread with homemade crunch salt butter. We taste at least 9-10 beers.
The tastings take place in the Bierlese Lennéstr. 74/75 backyard, back right. Parking spaces are available!
