A double tasting with two expert sommeliers: Eleonore Kloiber - cheese sommelier and Stefan Lau - brandy sommelier. Cheese and digestif have long gone hand in hand in upscale gastronomy. On this evening, you will experience how well these two delicacies go together.
About the program:
In the first part of the evening, cheese sommelier Eleonore Kloiber explains the background to the cheeses presented and brandy sommelier Stefan Lau introduces the brandies and liqueurs (only on this evening). We want to make food pairing understandable to you.
In the second part, you will have the opportunity to taste your own combinations of cheese and fine brandies in an informal setting. The two sommeliers will be happy to help and advise you.

The participation fee is 95,- € per person and includes the cheese, the brandies and of course bread and water
