“tauchen,” the young Viennese pop duo, masterfully plays with the clichés of German pop romanticism, creating an exciting tension between banality and depth.

The band consists of Eva-Maria Kehrer and Marten Kaffke. Live, tauchen performs with a full lineup, featuring Laura Breitfuß on bass and Raphaela Fries on drums.

With five singles already released, the project has already drawn attention: performances at Popfest Wien, the WAVES Showcase Festival, numerous festivals throughout Austria, and concerts in several German cities speak for themselves.

“tauchen” has established itself in the young German-language pop scene: with a distinct style, high recognition value, and the potential to reach a growing audience—through music that addresses current social issues and translates them into personal experiences.

tauchen has announced their debut album for 2026. It is titled “Alles” and will be released on March 13, 2026, digitally, on vinyl, and on CD.
