Join us for a slow evening designed to help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself.

The evening begins with a traditional Chinese Gong Fu tea ceremony, followed by a guided meditation and an immersive crystal and Himalayan singing bowl sound bath led by Gabi, founder of SlowMuse.

Gabi is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapist and conscious space holder. Through SlowMuse, she creates experiences that invite presence, deep relaxation and meaningful connection.

After the sound journey, we’ll gather once more for a short closing meditation before opening the space for tea and conversations.
